One-on-one sessions to address personal challenges, mental health concerns, and life transitions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to support clients in achieving their goals. My style of therapy focuses on practical, solution-based, and predominantly mind-body-emotion focused sessions. I use both verbal and non-verbal strategies to suit the needs of my clients. Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive therapy that helps train the brain to function more optimally. By monitoring brainwave activity and providing real-time feedback, Neurofeedback encourages self-regulation.
Neurofeedback has been shown to support:

2. Reduced stress, anxiety, and panic attacks
3. Fewer symptoms of depression
4. Better sleep patterns
5. Enhanced emotional regulation
6. Reduced symptoms of PTSD, ADHD/ADD, and Autism
